For new agents, there is a dramatic difference between training and mentoring. Having someone there to hold your hand through every step of your new career is one of the most vital components to your success. Eighty-seven percent of new agents fail. Many companies offer training, but very, very few offer true mentoring. This is the biggest difference between our company and anyone else you would interview. Having an experienced broker on speed dial or speed text as you encounter new situations can mean all the difference. This is the type of mentoring we offer. And our commission structure is very fair. We pay for cards, signs, and all the things you need to get started. For anyone contemplating a team under another brokerage, you will get even more benefits and make about double what you could make on a team. Our agents all work with both sellers and buyers and we also work hard to brand our individual agents.
We hire full-time and part-time agents. We like nice people who want to work hard, who are professional, who have excellent oral and written communication skills, who love learning and want to be the best at what they do, and who believe they can be successful.
